After suffering for years with occasional lower back pain, which worsened after two slipped disks in less than two years, I was finally diagnosed with Spina Bifida Occulta, the mildest form of Spina Bifida. Now, with age, the pain was getting worse and my doctor said there was nothing he could do but prescribe painkillers –which I refused. He then suggested I might try chiropractic treatments.
